Ana is absolutely amazing. The best wax I've ever had in my life. She has such a light touch and i dont feel any pain at all. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, that while having a conversation with her, i completely forgot i was having the wax done. What a beautiful aura she has too, i left not only satisfied with my Hollywood wax, but excited to come again as she's such a positive energy and that's rare to find these days. Cannot recommend her enough. Thank you!

I am super happy that after 5 years in which I had to go to London monthly to get waxing with Ana, finally with the location in Rochester it is much easier for me. For those who want a super professional and pain-free hair removal, I recommend you try Ana's. I can't wait to try the facials too. Thank you Ana!

I am super excited that after many years , when I was afraid to try waxing, I met Ana, on the recommendation of a colleague. I have no words to express the calmness and professionalism with which the treatment took place , and in addition , the location is very clean, as you rarely find. I recommend with confidence and from now on,on every 4 weeks, we will see each other again.Certainly 5 stars are not enough to express my thanks and my satisfaction.

I heard about Ana and her recently opened clinic which was great, as I have struggled to find someone local. I have to say without a doubt, it’s the best wax treatment I’ve ever had done. I’ve been waxing for 20 years plus and Ana has topped it. She’s an absolute professional and total perfectionist, but also lovely and completely goes out of her way! I don’t recommend unless I mean it and truly, Ana is fantastic. 5 stars+!!!!!

Ana is always willing to go the extra mile, for example she has been testing lots of waxes to get the best quality that also reduces the discomfort for her customers.
