Great servicing and helpful staff. They are doing what you asked for. I bought tyres from BlackCircles I did not book anything else with them. I normally go to other places for car (oil changing) service, Wheel Alignment & Tracking Service cos of other businesses have to run their own business too.

Needed a service and MOT, booked online for both together and got a discount on the MOT.

29th March about 09:30am booking.I had a disappointing experience at this garage when I went to get my tyres replaced. The staff member at the desk had a poor attitude from the moment I stepped in. He was more focused on lecturing me about the location of the locking nut than actually getting the job done. It turned out the locking nut was in the glove box, as one might expect.The conversation was frustrating, and his insistence that I should know about locking nuts and car components seemed unreasonable. I just wanted my tyres replaced, not a lesson in car maintenance. Unfortunately, his attitude didn't improve throughout my visit.Moreover, the overall atmosphere at the garage was unprofessional, with a bunch of young lads shouting, howling like dogs, and joking around with the radio turned up to max. There was no interest in providing good customer service.I won't be returning to this garage in the future. It's crucial for businesses like this to provide helpful and friendly customer service, and I did not find that here.They did put the tyres on so giving them a 2/5.

This company is diabolical and has damaged my car beyond repair. This review relates to the Wigan Warrington Road shop.I had my car in for MOT and oil change. My Volvo V40 Cross Country has an under tray to protect the sump, prevent rust etc.I collected my car and all appeared fine, I drove home 3 miles away, didn't use the car the next day, but the day after I did. 5 miles into my journey my undertray fell off right across the front of the car, scraping along the road as I drove. When I pulled over to inspect where the noise was coming from, my tray was hanging off the car. At least 5 fixing bolts had not been put back in after the oil change and all that had been holding it up in place where two plastic clips. It was clear the front right of the under tray had been forcefully ripped off and there was a piece missing off the corner. Other signs were there of forced removal.I went back to the shop to show them the damage they had caused and asked them to explain themselves. They put it back on the ramp, re-attached it with a cable tidy. 3 nails and said they couldn't do anything about arranging for a new part there, I had to go through customer services. At one point during the conversaton I had to tell the shop manager twice not to laugh at me. (Clearly imbicilic behaviour is the norm here.) However I expect he was quite stressed after coming to me directly from having a conversation with a Tesla owner who was also complaining that he'd had his doors scratched around the door pillar area whilst having his car in the same shop.I've took several photos of the damage caused and I'm still awating a response from customer services. My next step after this review is trading standards.This was wilful damage to my car and ATS have vicarious liability for their totally inept staff. I'm sure there was a whiff of marijuana about the place too.

Recently moved to the area and loved my previous local ATS - these guys at Wigan show them up. Brought 2 cars here both in relation to brakes and got the best advice and excellent service from the lads there. I will continue to use this garage and would not hesitate to suggest others do too

Best garage in the Wigan area! I've been to ATS numerous times for new tyres, brake replacements and MOT's over the last few years and five star service every time. Great bunch of lads who work there too, thanks guys!
