They think customers are protected only by the warranty. Would not comply with 2015 Consumer Rights Act that protects customers up to 6 years and give choice of repair, replacement or refund. Support admitted that 32A charger was setup with 35A causing permanent damage of the charger. But still would not take responsibility for it. They send me to sales department instead offering replacement or repair. Not safe to use (see pictures). Support wouldn't care about your customer rights!
