An absolute gem of an office space. 5* facilities from the offices themselves to the kitchen facilities to the availability of the Boardroom to book for larger groups and the fantastic lounge to see people for a coffee. Alongside this is the amazing Commerce House team where nothing is too much trouble. Seeing clients in this building means that they can view my business as highly professional from the moment they walk through the doors of Commerce House.

Commerce House is a wonderful environment to work in with a highly professional staff team. Their focus is upon creating a welcoming space, appropriate to the needs of their tenants and their clients. The location is perfectly suited, close to Middlesbrough Train Station and the A66. I wouldn't rent an office from anyone else.

Commerce House is a beautiful building with luxury office space in the heart of Middlesbrough. It is ideal for meetings and there is a great virtual tenancy offer too. I'd recommend Commerce House to anyone looking for support and space for their professional business.
