There's always a warm welcome at Allium, and the food is consistently good. Their Sunday roast is the best around. Our family eat here on a regular basis for evening meals and Sunday lunch and always have a very enjoyable experience. Lovely restaurant, fantastic staff and a great atmosphere.

We're off to Allium again this Sunday, taking some of our Yorkshire friends with us. I hope it's as good as it's been in the past because they think where they live (North Yorkshire) has the best restaurants. I want to show them we have good restaurants too !

We visited downham market while house viewing and called in here for a snack a.m.What a little delight with excellent home made pastries and staff. So pleased with it we called back later for an evening meal and were barely able to get a table.The food was excellent and again the staff were extremely helpful. Loved it.

A beautiful meal yet again last night. Staff work incredibly hard, they are welcoming and provide great service.The food is wonderful. The atmosphere busy and warm, with lovely decor and music. So lovely to actually eat a meal in such a great restaurant.

First visit and had a lovely roast. The chicken was very tasty and the lamb shank was even better. Super friendly staff, great cocktails and then a superb chocolate tart to finish. Really enjoyed ourselves in this excellent restaurant on the main square. Thoroughly recommend to all.
