Perhaps I expect too much, but I suppose I expect an agent to look after my property as if it were their own. After previous bad experiences it was such a relief to find Surelet. I've been incredibly impressed by the team there, who make me feel safe in the knowledge that they'll take all the worry out of letting my property. I couldn't believe how quickly they found a tenant - I'm so pleased that I switched to Surelet, I just wish I'd done it years earlier.

From the first day of our tenancy, we received professional service and support in all matters. Katrina is a professional who does her job very well. She always responded quickly and resolved the problems.

The continued customer service over 15 years has been excellent and very understanding throughout the time managing the rental property and selling after bereavement. They took all the stress out of the sale and made it a very smooth process. Efficient and effective as well as friendly. Highly professional and highly recommended.

I was e-mailed directly asking to provide a review on Sure Property Group and I couldn't pass by the opportunity.Our experience with Sure started long before purchasing a property with them. After booking an initial viewing with the administration team I received an extremely rude phone call from an agent asking why I had booked a viewing during his holiday. He ended the call by saying he wouldn't be doing the viewing and that I should follow up with the office – a great start. The viewing went ahead on an alternative date by someone else who kindly offered us a follow up viewing too so this lured us into a sense of false hope that the agents weren’t that bad after all – how wrong was I.We put in several offers on the property back and forth, as you do, and continuously had to chase to get an update. Updates were very minimal and to the point, no real conversation about why/what the seller wanted until we were finally given a price they would accept. We were told we were the only viable party at the time and therefore offered this price after mulling it over the weekend. After chasing for some form of response the following week, we were told we had been rejected as someone else had offered more and to “have a nice day.” No explanation, further discussion or help for us as potential buyers or for the seller in terms of achieving the best possible price (as we could have and did in fact go on to increase our offer). Whilst I acknowledge we were sent an e-mail apology; this was only received after we vented our frustration and upset with how the situation had been handled.This level of ‘professionalism’ continued throughout our whole purchasing journey - incorrect spelling of names in the sale agreement, slow responses, accusations we were holding up the chain, the list goes on!All in all, we had an unbelievably poor experience. There is simply no way I will ever consider Sure Property Group as my own future agent and will recommend all family and friends stay clear.

Had trouble getting in touch with Hannah and Sasha a couple times but when we have been in touch they have been somewhat helpful in regards to the reference checks and general issues.Katrina has been outstanding, keeping in touch, following up our issues and very informative. Great work!
