I was recommended Drain Flow Services by our plumbing company and do not hesitate to give a well deserved 5 stars. Alex was responsive in coming out to my house, investigated the issue, talked me through the problem and gave me options and reassured me the economical choice was the optimal one. It’s taken a long time to find a reliable company to deal with the drainage problems in the house but now I can stop looking.

Alex carried out a drain clearance and CCTV survey on a house we were looking at purchasing. He was able to get something pencilled in quickly and provide speedy results. He gave very helpful answers to all of our questions which made the whole process very easy.

Called for a non-urgent drain blockage (spotted by house surveyor during sale process). Alex came out as arranged within a couple of days and flushed it through and sorted the problem. Friendly and professional, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Had issues with a drain starting to fill up with toilet waste, which was effecting our downstairs shower as well. Called Alex on a Sunday afternoon and he came round Monday morning. He was really friendly & polite and just got on with the job. The price was very reasonable and the blockage got cleared! Very happy customer.

I would highly recommend Drain Flow Services. I always check the reviews before making a call & can honestly say this company proved to be as good as the reviews said they were.They fitted a new soil pipe in the alley last week to accommodate a couple of new toilets. The work was done quickly with no fuss, the place was left really tidy and the price for the gob was VERY reasonable indeed. I will always call on them if I have any need in the future.
