I do not recommend linburg as a bus company as they are late everyday and never show up on time and they always drive unsafley aswell

Absolutely terrible company. The drivers have no respect or consideration for other road users, the busses they use are old and outdated models. The company director will no doubt respond to this criticism with his usual sarcasm and dim witted manner.Avoid using this company at all costs!

Never run their megabus contracts or are always excessively late

Sorry to say we had a really disappointing experience with Linburg. We had them booked in to provide transport for some of our wedding guests, but they were not able to reassure us on access to one of the roads, and cited “low visibility” (ie night time!) as a reason for “many lanes being inaccessible”, which seemed baffling.We and the venue provided them with tonnes of information in an attempt to resolve the issue (it was a farm so regularly receives huge cattle trailers), but as they were unable to do a site visit and/or give us any confidence that they could deliver the service we had agreed, we had no option but to cancel and lose our deposit.The company we used instead were good as gold - no issues with access, and were a pleasure to deal with in comparison.

The management ( sarah) is very rude disrespectful and needs a lesson in how to speak to people in person or via the phone. I've never spoke to her but rang today as my husband is very poorly to let no won't be in as got a nasty bug to be told he need to see her at 10am in the morning demanding he is there and if he been sick all night needs to be in hospital I wouldn't speak to a dog the way she spoke to me this morning really surprised she allowed to get away with this well and what's betting he won't be paid either now in the morning!!! he can't help being poorly and not very often he is but when he is he bad and for me to ring in he is bad he worked for some company's but never have management spoke like this to me or him before she a bitter rude woman and this will only be delete as well as she deleted another one on facebook

Linburg has been acting as my school bus this year and has never arrived on time. Yesterday, it was 45 minutes late. At the start of the year the bus broke down multiple times and we were at least an hour and a half late to school. Completely unreliable.

We paid them a large deposit to do a job in april 2020 which they couldnt do in the end because of covid. They then refused to give the deposit back. Very bad customer service. If i could give them no stars i would but you cant because you cant post the review. As to your reply, we certainly did NOT cancel. And would certainly NOT use your company again. You should learn about customer service.

I wouldn't rate this company any stars, to be honest even one star is too much! I've been a passenger travelling on these coaches a couple of times and the first coach trip I went on was a long distance trip and it wasn't until I we stopped at services that I noticed that the front near side tyre was bald! And when I say bald...I mean it wasn't even road worthy! There was no tread on the tyre. The buses are supposed to be checked before being taken out or so I thought! yet this particular coach was sent out in this state and was risking the lives of all the passengers. Not only that, the toilet was disgusting and filthy the smell was terrible. And the second coach trip the windscreen wipers just 'dropped to bits'. The state of these buses windows full of water inside, filthy, are these buses even being checked by the mechanics or what, from what I've seen and previously read I think the whole company is a dodgy shambles! If I was you I'd steer well clear!
