Karl fitted a new kitchen window for us and a new front door and 4 windows for our daughter. We are happy with the completed work however over a year from the first installation we are yet to receive our Certass certificates. Despite several requests made by us he has now stopped responding to text messages and email. He firstly told us he had them in his van & would drop them through the letterbox, then he said they would be posted direct, then he asked for an email so they could be sent that way. Eventually my daughter contacted Certass direct & was told non of the work done at her property has even been registered with them!! Looks like we are now going to have to go through Building Control at a further cost to us.

My UPVC back door had dropped and wasn't shutting properly. I was worried it was going to get so bad I wouldn't be able to lock it. Karl was brilliant, bringing all the right tools to sort it out really quickly. Great chat about York history too! Highly recommended.
