These people were used by VAS Panel to carry out a valuation in September.Two problems with this company. Firstly Amit tried changing the date of visit for the survey, then turned up on the original date without confirming that they will revert to the original date. All in writing.They charged for the revisit. I had to apply to small claims court before they backed down and refunded the revisit fee.Secondly, they significantly undervalued, to the extent that their rent predictions were proven wrong within weeks when the property was re-let after their valuation ata significantly higher rate and was snapped up immediately.Their report was just shoddy, they did not even bother getting the address right in important sections of the report with the wrong house number.

I needed a structural engineer report for a remortgage that flagged an issue with my chimney breast support in the loft. Sean was able to attend within a few days of contact and was highly professional and nice to deal with too. He explained everything to me in simple terms as to next steps and I found that to beneficial to me when speaking with my builders. I'd happily recommend them and use them again in the future.

Owen was in and out from two of my properties for totally 5 mins maximum. And the valuation were way too low than my previous valuations and much lower than the same property in the development from last year. I don’t understand why they can be so unprofessional. I spent money for the lender to hire you to do your job properly. Not to trash the properties. Do not use them at all if you have choice.
