We have now used Matt at Ferrie Electrical a number of times, works ranging from electrical certificates (EICRs), replacing old fuse boards or consumer units, chasing in new wiring and sockets and smaller things like adding new light fittings. His work has been second to none.All new rental properties need an EICR certificate and Matt’s communication is always great. Quickly highlighting if anything comes up that requires correcting so that we can plan the way forward and avoid any delays. My power shut down for the whole house and I couldn't locate the fault. I phoned Ferrie ES and was talked very patiently through the steps I needed to take. With their help I located the fault myself and solved the problem. Very helpful. No delay. No charge.

Matt did a great job installing an extractor fan in our bathroom. The solution Matt advised and fitted provided exactly the solution we were looking for and it resolved the persistent problem we had had with condensation.
