Great service from omega, top quality product. Let down by the 3rd party that delivered the item. Firstly couldn't provide a delivery window, and secondly if someone wasn't in to assist in unloading it. It wouldn't have been delivered.

Wanted to deal with a fairly local firm to save transport costs,so Devon for this company was ideal. Good price compared with other companies that I had been in contact with. Delivery time was good so I had to prepare the area for the canopy abit quicker. When delivered all parts were there. Followed construction manual carefully. Did make a mistake on end brackets but put it right later on. Will change fixing screws to nuts and bolts next year for added strength. All in all very pleased with canopy.

I would like to say that Jane from the Omega build was very nice and supportive. I am very happy with a product quality. I also glad that the product was made in the UK. Finally not an export. In my opinion it is excellent value for the money. I am not a builder (I am Medical doctor), but I managed to assemble with two of my friends. Took 5 hours under the rain to assemble. I attached the photos below. I would prefer shorter instruction book if possible. Conclusion: I am a very happy customer.

I purchased a bespoke (5m x 2.2m ) smart canopy from Omega and I am extremely happy with all aspects ,the quality ,the price and the excellent customer service .Quite superb illustrated fitting instructions which made it easy for me to self assemble.I cannot express how completely satisfied I am with the whole experience .Worth far more than 5 stars

I cannot recommend Omega systems enough, from the initial contact to the final delivery top customer service and a product quality match. All the information provided along the way for a very bespoke width and application which others shied away at but with two great employees Trish and Jane being very knowledgeable and in-depth this led to a very straight forward self-installation. I purchased and erected an Omega Verandah with clear polycarbonate roof panels at the side our house in February 2020 and were we pleased we did! A few weeks later it was lockdown and we had this fabulous outside covered space for seeing close family!I was really impressed with the way the whole system had been thoroughly thought through. It was very straightforward to erect (you do need a helping hand to install the polycarbonate sheets). Each piece fitted together precisely and the fitting instructions couldn’t have been more comprehensive. 3 years on, the Verandah is looking as good as new (when we clean the cobwebs) and we still use the space almost daily. (First 3 photos)Fast forward to September 2023 and our daughter wanted a sheltered space at the rear of her house so I bought another Omega Verandah for her. This was even easier to put up as I had the experience of the first one. (4th photo).I cannot recommend the Omega Verandah highly enough. It looks really good, creates a great sheltered outside space and can be put up by any competent diy’er.

I have placed two orders over the last 15 months, excellent telephone advice on what was best for my veranda and how to do the job. The instructions with the items were comprehensive. The deliveries were quick and the items very well wrapped.A company I highly recommend Omega.Eric Tones

My request for samples and quotes in the pre-order stages were met with a very can do mind set and the responses were very quick.I opted to order and collect my purchase in person as the business is under an hour away from where I live and I like to support local businesses where possible. The office staff greeted me in a very friendly manner and the factory staff were very helpful and happy in their work, which I feel is always a good sign of a well run company.I highly recommend this company and their products and will be using them again to discuss adding a few options to the DIY lean-to that I purchased.

A great product which has really made a difference to our lean to on the side of our house. I spoke to the staff numerous times over the phone and they were really helpful and accommodating and made sure that the production time was achieved ready for our deadline.Thank you.

Great product and service. Fitted in lounge of our 1930’s detached house in conservation area with wooden windows. Much warmer and will pay for itself in a few years. Should have done it ten years ago. Would definitely recommend. Charles Stephens. Truro.
