Perfect pads have been an excellent estate agent, the staff are really lovely and very helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend this company to sell your property. They were very quick to come out and value our property and very punctual in getting the property up for sale. They take some excellent footage and photos of your home to show people before hand a true reflection of what you will be viewing in the flesh. If I was to sell a property again I would look no further and go straight back to perfect pads.

Perfect Pads marketed our house for sale towards the end of May 2023 and the house was sold quickly with completion about 8 weeks from the initial viewing. They were easy and efficient to deal with and we would recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell their property. The service that Emma provided was very good.
