Nice Nando’s, friendly staff and good food as always, although my livers were a bit overdone. We were told a 20 min wait but got given a table within a couple of minutes in the end. A very enjoyable rest in our travels and very convenient right next to the car park.

Got told when we ordered livers that they didn't have any,but overheard staff talking that they just hadn't defrosted them.The bottomless drinks had no soda in as usualEdit: returned here 22nd June 2023:Tried the chicken livers with the new bbq and garlic sauce ,was nice although the livers were overcooked.Chips were nice.Had the spicy rice, very spicy for my liking but also nice.Rainbow slaw not as nice as last time .Bottomless drinks ok this time .Halloumi was ok .So must be a hit and miss but worth going to if your into trying new things and spices .

Service was fast and efficient. Staff were helpful and incredibly polite. Food was great if a touch expensive. Accessibility was good and we were well accommodated with a pram and a wheelchair.

I have had the most wonderful experience at Nando’s Stafford. The manager and the reception staff are so polite and friendly. The service is very quick as well.

Went with my friend for dinner on a busy Saturday night. Despite the fact the staff were run off their feet with how busy it was (and dealing with a garlic bread shortage) everyone was cheery, polite, and providing excellent service.

Very bad service, dirty cutlery with water marks and dried food, dusty plates and dirty stained glasses. On top of that we waited 35 minutes for our food while they served others around us who came 15 mins after us. The food was just sitting there on the counter till I came to the till to ask why it’s taking so long. Very poor management and service.

So this is a tricky one. Overall 3 stars is generous as the order was served incorrect meaning one dish needed remaking. Thus one of us had our food and the other had to wait for the dish to be recooked. We accept that this can happen. What happened next made me more dissatisfied. The remade food sat on the pass going cold while the young man that promised to get the correct food to us as fast as possible was dealing with a further complaint. At this point I had now finished my meal as it would have gone cold, while my partner hadn't even started her food. A young lady then comes to the table and asked if our food is OK. I explained what had happened and was finally offered a full refund hence the 3 star as opposed to 1 star.While I understand mistakes happen. To get the whole experience so badly wrong and spoil a meal out so totally, that we ate separately is unforgivable. While I do appreciate the refund the experience has put me off going back for a while at least.

Stafford nandos is our local Nando’s where we eat possibly once twice a month. Both times this month we have been service has been incredibly busy and slightly slow but two members of staff Jack and Chris have stood out. They have both gone out of their way to help us and others around us and remained upbeat and smiley despite the chaos around them. We have also noticed not only have they made our service and experience better even when it has taken an hour sometimes to receive food but other complaining customers have left with smiles on their faces thanks to these two individuals. Keep up the good work it isn’t going unnoticed!!

Decent Nando's in a nice setting (the new shopping area in Stafford). Nice rustic decor, and clean. Staff pleasant. The food has always been cooked and presented well for the kind of restaurant it is. Can get full on weekends, so might have to wait for a table on occasion. Plenty of nearby parking.
