I saw the car I was looking for online at TMS Coventry, I had almost done a deal at another garage and they matched the deal, Everything was done over the phone as I was travelling from Scotland. Arranged to collect the car, everything was ready, Joshua dealt with me all the way through, handed over the car and presented me with a bottle of wine which my wife liked when I returned home,Excellent service and would highly recommend if buying a car.

The negotiation was conducted by phone, and was quick, efficient and created a great initial impression. I ordered the car and arrived 4 days later to pay and collect. The car was as described and the part exchange offer for my car was honoured. Handover was, again, efficient and speedy. All prep was as it should be and John was brilliant throughout the handover. In addition, Ben, as the product expert, talked me through the intricacies of the new car in faultless fashion. I think the concept of having a product expert is first class. All in all, a painless and seamless process. A very pleasurable experience. On my initial enquiry spoke to Mitchell who was extremely helpful, additional photos and personal video were sent and the vehicle was purchased without seeing it.I arranged a transporter to collect from Coventry and deliver to me in the Scottish Borders and was not disappointed when the vehicle arrived, beautifully prepared. Surprisingly the driver commented for all the time he has been transporting vehicles he has never been treated as well as he was with TMS.

Right from the initial reservation of the car through to final purchase I cannot fault TMS Coventry. Their customer service is impeccable which was demonstrated by everyone of the staff members we encountered.Friendly and very professional greeting from reception staff, who introduced us to our sales executive.Joshua Miller, an absolute credit to TMS. A friendly and very knowledgeable executive who was a pleasure to do business with. Would highly recommend and will certainly be recommending to family and friends.For those who may find buying a car bit daunting, our experience at TMS was the complete opposite.No hard sale, we had ample time to view the car. A fantastic long test drive with options of varied road and traffic conditions.We also had a car to part exchange and again Joshua was very professional and fair when providing an evaluation.The manager John was also highly professional and very knowledgeable.Their Tech man Ben was friendly and again knew all the specifics included.In summary, we cannot recommend TMS highly enough, the whole team are very professional and host a very inviting and relaxed showroom whereby you are able to take your time and find the right car at competitive prices. From the outset, when you called me following my online enquiry, I have really liked your style. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, but not at any time did I feel you were being pushy. You allowed me to reach my own conclusion, resulting in a spend in excess of £50k.Also, please convey my thanks and appreciation to Ben for the part he played in my overall handover experience. I have bought many new cars over the last 45 years. In all cases, after dealing with the necessary paperwork, the salesperson showed me to the car and talked me through the controls, the majority of which were very obvious. Frankly, I just wanted them to leave me to it, so I could get on with driving my new car and learning my way around it. It is an excellent idea to have a Product Specialist for the sales person to pass the customer on to. I recognise, with the amount of technology, gadgets, bells and whistles on new cars these day, it is important to have a full explanation. Ben spent in excess of an hour with me, and it certainly wasn't wasted time.Please thank Claire too, for keeping me topped up with excellent cappuccino and Biscoff biscuits!I absolutely love the car, it looks great, drives beautifully and the build quality, finish and attention to detail have already impressed me enormously. As I told you, I have never previously looked at, or even considered, a Volvo, probably due to the very old stigma that they were an 'old man's' car! Clearly not anymore (or perhaps it's because I am now an old man (when viewed through the eyes of a young man like you) - I still don't feel old!So, in a nutshell, my overall experience of TMS has been first class in every respect.

Me and our family are really happy with the purchase we made from TMS Coventry, Chris was such a helpful sales assistant from the moment we walked in,I got the top value for my vehicle in order to receive our new early Christmas present.we wasn’t short of coffees, cappuccino’s , Biscoff biscuits etc was a lovely transaction ..and to put the cherry on the cake.They was ever so kindly enough to leave me with a gift bag which held a cheeky lil bottle of RED to seal to deal .. Initially I was sceptical about buying a used car online without seeing but then all my fears were laid to rest by Josh Hall from the TMS Coventry, he was all there throughout to answer my queries and address my concerns from beginning to end. There was a slight delay in delivery due to works needed but then he ensured that the car was in immaculate condition before delivery. He even offered me goodies for the delay. During the course of final sale Lee Morris further assisted me with the delivery of the car and frequently checked to ensure a smooth experience. Kudos to both Josh & Lee, many thanks.
