I don’t usually complain about places but I cannot lie, I am kind of disappointed with my experience, I was unhappy with the lack of bleaching and product they used on my hair, their reasoning is that they can’t get lift due to previous box dye tint, but the thing is I asked before if the strand test was ok and they said it’s fine, so why would you say it’s fine and they go forward with the bleaching when you know it won’t lift properly around my head? I wanted so much more bleach in my hair, you can barely see where they’ve bleached, I paid £300+ for something could’ve done myself at home if I’m being honest. I would be less inclined to leave a review like this if the price was a bit less extreme, just didn’t feel it was worth what I paid for it at all.If you want to spend a fortune on a mediocre job then this place is for you.

I had my red balayage done beautifully by Becky who was super attentive and professional. The salon's atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, and the other staff were also very friendly towards me. They also served free complimentary drinks which is always an added bonus!

Incredible for curly hair. My 3 a/b curls are bouncy again and falling into perfect little ringlets. Kate is amazing and she really knows all the subtle nuances of curly hair. Absolutely in love with my new style xx

Went here for the first time yesterday and had Becky do highlights. I really like it to look as much like a scalp bleach as possible and my hair looks exactly how I’ve wanted it to for a while now ! It’s so even and has no roots (which I sometimes get when the foils aren’t tight enough) and toned exactly how I wanted it. Plus Becky is lovely, would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to go blonde !!

Fantastic! Mike is such an amazing stylist, but also gives tips to take home on how to style my hair and products too. And all the staff are so friendly. I'm so happy I've found this wonderful salon

Over the past 50 years I’ve had some dreadful haircuts because of having curly hair and actually dread going to a hairdresser!!!Well today that all changed, for the first time ever I enjoyed my visit to a hairdresser, namely Kate who knew exactly what she was doing, explained everything she was doing and asked constantly if I was happy with the amount she cut off. My hair looks absolutely amazing, I’m am soooo happy. Thank you Kate (Sue …not Frank)!!!

My daughter had a brilliant experience having her hair cut by Kate and now has a beautiful haircut! She is mixed-heritage and has gorgeous curls and Kate knew exactly how to cut and care for them. We were so impressed with Kate's knowledge and expertise in terms of curly hair, and with the time and attention to detail she gave. Kate shared lots of her knowledge and expertise with us and we learnt lots of new tips - thank you!We have been searching for a knowledgable hairdresser who understands my daughter's curls for quite a few years now and we are so happy to have found Kate!

A young lady I knew recommended this place to me as her stylist had risen through the ranks over the years and there was excellent staff retention.Fabulous online booking, easy to understand and had plenty of information into each stylists’ specialist skills.Madison not only managed to make my hair look fabulous on the day but the style remained stead fast for days afterwards, which in my 57 years on the planet had not happened before. Adored the complimentary drinks menu.Best salon I have ever come across.
