Pizza Go Go Hanley

This is definitely No Go kind of place. Pizza arrived on time but was cold in a minute. Looked like it had been tossed around by the delivery driver or maybe even dropped on the floor and put in the box anyway. Taste is just mediocre. The dough didnt see a pinch of salt, and maybe a drop of a sauce was added. Im not even bothered with a refund, just forget about this place.

I have tried many pizza in Stoke but non compare to the quality and taste of GoGo Pizza. The pizza was well cooked to perfection and the toppings were fresh and flavourful. Highly recommend!!

Had a leaflet posted to my house today so I decided to order then when I had rang up to ask about how to order the person on the phone had told me to order online and I did but there was no option to collect so I had to select delivery and put the shop address down so I could place order and then I rang up to confirm and the person said it’s all fine then when I got to the takeaway to collect the food I had seen my receipt and seen that they was charging £1.99 for delivery even though I had said to collect and I did ask twice for them to remove the charge but they said they could not so I had to pay the charge and I had spent £80+ and they could not take off the delivery charge.When I had got home I had opened all the food up and checking the curly fries and they were mostly burnt and dry and when I had a look at my pizzas with the sausage crust on I could see that the crust was not covering the sausage.Overall I think that the pizza choices are good but I do not recommend this place at all and if there is one thing I can recommend for the franchise to change as a whole it’s the website as it does not give a choice for collection at all

Avoid avoid avoid-Now putting up fake reviews-Be careful-5 star reviews clearly by staff to boost ratings.I'll get the positives out the way,The delivery driver was friendlyRight that's the positives out the way.The pizza is what you'd expect from a takeaway but over priced. The food took forever to arrive, nothing that screams I'm dominos or pappa John's but they expect the same price tag. Very bland tasting and as mentioned in other reviews looks burnt? To add insult to injury they also cut the hotdog in half down the middle. Now call me crazy but my idea of a stuffed crust is an actual stuffed crust not some bland vegan tasting slop.For the love of god avoid the stuffed crust, especially the hot dog one. It's nothing like how dominos used to make it and its flavourless but again they deem it ok to add £3 for it. It's honestly the worst tasting hot dog ever and if they said it was vegan I'd believe them. You can see from the photo how cheap and nasty the meat is they've used for the hot dogThen there's the delivery where it's exactly the same as Domino's. I ordered a large to share with the Mrs, they're clever with offering 50% off but this puts it below the 13.99 delivery but you need to make it up by 50p which nothing is. It took an hour to arrive because they were busy" There's going to be a lot of disappointed customers.I rang the restaurant and was spoken to abruptly like I was the problem.I'll be speaking to their customer service for a refund come mondayI'll be chucking this in the bin unfortunately and will never ever choose here again.TLDR:Avoid and stick to dominos

Pretty solid food ngl, saw that bob meme on the leaflet they left in my post so good marketing trick. Be like bob guys. They gave free ice cream free of charge even though we didn’t order it so that’s a W.Order came around 30-40 minutes after placing it.Ordered £45 worth of food but came down to £22 with the half price code, not including the delivery fee. I think that’s good value for money.Food looked nice overall, except the BBQ chicken cuz that looked burnt, luckily it didn’t taste burnt so it’s fine.Food tasted fine, pizza was semi nice although it could’ve been a bit more crispier. BBQ wings, looks burnt but tastes fine. Flaming wings tasted nice, kind of crispy so that’s good. Potato twisters were alright, a little soggy but they’re not bad. Churros were actually nice, if you got them fresh and straight out the takeaway they would’ve had max crisp but it’s fine because they still had that nice crunch when delivered. Mozarella sticks were also nice, had that satisfying crisp and crunch although they could’ve had more cheese inside. Speaking about cheese, we opted for ‘stuffed’ crust in the pizza… it was more like ‘lightly stuffed’ crust, they need to put more cheese inside to consider it stuffed, it needs to be gooey in there, same with the mozarella sticks ygm. Otherwise, i wouldn’t recommend the extra £2-£3 on stuffed crust.They gave us 1 sauce for the pizza which tasted nice, i mean garlic & herb sauce taste the almost the same everywhere so obviously it’s gonna taste nice. However it would be great if they had sauce as standard for every side that is ordered.The value for money is actually pretty good if you use the half price code, but it isn’t if you dont use the code.The price of the food, pizza is at a fair price but the sides and deserts are just not worth it; at least knock a £1 off each side and desert, then prices would be fairly decent.Overall, pretty solid takeaway icl. One of the best pizzas I’ve ever tasted, great ingredients full of flavour and top notch customer service, will definitely be a regular.

great customer service, especially from the girl who served me. she was very welcoming and when she made my pizza it tasted better than any other pizzas ive had before. would definitley reccomend and would definitley visit again.
