I have to say how disappointed I was with the service I received from Mrs Bouquet's Florist. I ordered an expensive bouquet of Flowers to be delivered for my Anniversary. I called in and requested the flowers be delivered the following day as my wife would be working from home and our Anniversary the following day.I returned home from work after 5.00pm and they had still not been delivered. I called the florist only to be told I hadn't stipulated an exact time for delivery. When I asked when they would be delivered I was told they were out on the van and would be with me soon.At 8.15pm a neighbour several houses away called to say he had returned from work to find them left on his doorstep. The address on the card directed him to our address.I received a call the next morning from the florist apologising for the error and informed the manager would call me later.No phone call came. I won't be returning to this Florist again. Very poor service.

Absolutely brilliant service each and every time. Excellent value for money and the Pink Lily's never ever fail to put a smile on my Mrs face. 10/10

I cannot fault the service I received. when my original florist let me down before my wedding they stepped in and helped. I got all my flowers and button holes and corsages. they were beautiful and even when I needed an extra buttonhole the day before it was no problem. fantastic shop and owner

Ordered via Messenger, asked for specific flowers explaining the significance. I received a message letting me know what time they would be ready for collection and was blown away by the display.... Absolutely beautiful and fit my request perfectly with added flourishes...

The best custom flowers in Lancashire. The owner was so friendly and helpful for what I wanted. I was sick of the boring flowers in local supermarkets so as soon as I found this little gem I was chuffed to bits. I would definitely recommend Mrs Bouquets Florists
