This is a fantastic company that really stands behind it's products. I had an FR10 which sounds awesome, is super light-weight and loud as war! Unfortunately I had an issue with it cutting out during gigs. No worries though as John at Matrix sorted things very quickly and ended up upgrading me to an FR12 which is superb. There was no fuss and I get the feeling that this is a company run my musicians for musicians. My Kemper sounds fantastic through the FR12. Highly recommended!
