Had my settees delivered and they have ruined my carpet! Wet mud all over my livingroom! Its not even raining out?! We only had the carpets cleaned 2 days ago ready for the new settees. They didn't even apologise and had the gall to ask us to give them positive feedback so they can get a bonus! Customer service doesn't open until 10am so i had to wait 3 hours. Took a couple of days to resolve, we were offered a professional carpet clean reimbursement. Customer service line was helpful and friendly but beware tge deliverers! We have also had to reinstall the backs on our recliner chairs because they hadnt attached any of them properly

We ordered a table which was delivered broken, months later we received another table which was not the best quantity. We had already ordered wardrobe and side cupboards, wardrobes were delivered broken, then another wardrobe came without fittings. They wud not deliver upstairs after a payment. Had to fix together myself. Won't bore u with the 1000 phone calls I have made to them.

Ordered a leather recliner late last year,with a 6 month delivery date.Got a delivery date, eventually,for the 7th March 2022,which subsequently was cancelled by e-mail,,and moved to the 25th.But there was no delivery,no phone call,nothing.Couldn't contact Head Office,(30 minutes wait time),and no one at the Warrington store could help me,(the manager was off).Terrible service!I am now awaiting a call from the store manager to find out where my furniture is!

Lovely furniture but, as some others appear to have experienced, items arrived broken. Really frustrating. They are wasting a lot of money and goodwill due to their sloppy internal logistics and QC. One box clearly had a big gash in the side and the unit was significantly damaged when opened. This they took back. The wardrobe had a drawer support cracked in the base. This is down to poor material choice at manufacture as the bar had a knot that was clearly a weak spot and had cracked before even being used. Imagine using this for a month and then it cracked??Delivery chap took pictures then later the main office rang me up to say I needed to take pictures.Why? The guy had recorded all on the delivery note and done these pics. They are going to replace the base but on reflection I should have just said take it away.It should have been a good experience getting the delivery but was disappointing. We have one unit now for re-delivery next week but are yet to hear about the other item base being replaced.I've now paid for a delivered broken item that I felt I had to prove was broken.Update: replacement unit arrived, that's gone back too as that was also damaged. Third time lucky???

Went to OFL for Quality I was happy to pay the price staff in Warrington store she was friendly and helpful. Items were delivered today and although packing was intact no marks dents or rips the desk console was broken in 3 separate places and the raw plugs not in properly. The dining chair leg was broken. No customer service they close at 6 so I called the store as they told us to come back if any issues so rude unhelpful and not bothered that I now have furniture not fit for purpose and can't move round my lounge for the boxes. The response was we are sales staff it's in the name. I went here for quality but have been totally disappointed so glad I never got my sofa from here shoddy expensive rubbish not what the advert says at 100% Solid oak only in he hearts of the sales staff

Was told by David the salesman that I could cancel the sofa anytime before it’s delivered free of charge when I purchased. Cancelled 2 days later as didn’t fit the room, customer service tried to charge me 25% cancellation fee of £2500. Luckily I had recorded the conversation between me and the salesman as I had a feeling he was lying to force the sale through. Be very careful

Not impressed.We ordered 2 wardrobes and we asked specifically if they would be taken to the bedroom as we are both in our late 70's and there was no way we could do this ourselves. We were assured they would be so we paid the delivery cost for this to be done. We were given a delivery slot of three hours (they arrived at 8 o'clock at night an hour late). The delivery men refused to take them upstairs for us and left us with one in the hall and one in the garage. If it hadn't been for some neighbours they would still be there now. We are now awaiting a phone call from Head office. I won't hold my breath.
