Very quick to respond and set up a pick up/drop of time to my convenience. Gave me some good advice about the maintenance required as well as some storage tips to try and keep the bike as in a good condition as possible.

Had my very tired 6 year old Boardman Hybrid Comp serviced by Hywel in December 2023, When returned my bike looked and rode like the day I bought it. As well as a first class job of the technical servicing Hywel provided really useful advice and guidance on other aspects of cycling. Highly recommended

I definitely recommend Hywel for bike repairs. His communication around booking a convenient date and time was great and the work he did on the bike was top notch. Very reasonable prices from someone who really knows their stuff, will definitely use again in the future!

Hywel came round to fix my son's bike. Communication beforehand was excellent. Appointment was made quickly and everything sorted in an hour with lots of much needed advice. Very professional and neat and tidy. Cannot thank Hywel enough. We would highly recommend him.

What a perfect service! My derailleur cable broke on my bike travel… It needed just a call and Hywel came to my guest house in Swindon the same evening, even after 9pm!! I can say he saved my bike trip, it worked perfectly!

Great service! Hywel replaced my rear calliper and had the system bled and in good order in no time.What makes this 5 star though is that he also took the time to show me how to bleed the system and properly maintain it. Hywel’s technical know-how was never in question but his passion for doing things properly is what sets him apart from other bike techs. Will 100% use him for my next service.

Excellent service - got back to me immediately and sorted a convenient time to come and do the work. Spent around 4 hrs to completely spruce up 2 e-bikes back to nearly new condition. Good value, highly recommended
