Awful man behind the counter. Rude, aggressive and unhelpful. Refused to accept a debit card as ID to pick up a parcel. This is stated as acceptable form of ID, and have never experienced a problem before. Was shouted down by the man who runs the PO and left in tears, without my parcel.
