I needed some food for my elderly cat who suffers from Chronic kidney disease. Despite not stocking this very specific food, Victoria at your Heathfield shop was very helpful and found me a short term alternative. Please please will you stock some of the Hills kd range as I would have liked to buy from a local shop

NEVER AGAIN!My visit last week will unfortnately be the last I ever make to Pets' Corner in Heathfield. My two sisters and I have always frequented that store, and found the staff there always lovely and helpful. But last week all of that was taken away by one miserable staff member who shouted at us from the doorway as we left, that we should not park in the Pets' Corner car park as it was only for customers".Well thank you very much for the reminder

Once again I find myself compelled to thank Petscorner at Heathfield, and in particular the lovely Lucy. She always gives the most wonderful welcome and is an absolute delight. She never rushes me with the dozens of questions I have about our new puppy, and is always full of really helpful information about the products. The upshot is I come out with armfuls of treasures and not because she simply tells me what to buy, but because she really listens to your needs and and responds accordingly. She cares.. It’s so rare and refreshing to walk into a store and practically have a personal shopper. The usual response these days is a gesture to the area that might be helpful to you, but with no real interest or pride in what they’re doing or selling. It is the polar opposite with Lucy and that’s why I’m leaving this review. Thanks so much Lucy.Keith Honhold-Beresford

Puppy hour. First time my pup Sonny mixed with other dogs. Brilliant attentive staff. Pup was shy at first but came out of his shell and played with others later. Thank you everyone.

Definitely one of the best Pets Corner there is! And that’s down to the staff! I have a Pug and a tropical fish tank and I shop here for both! That’s because the staff and friendly and helpful!In regards to regulation on the sale of animals they follow them correctly and ask the right questions which unfortunately has been failed on by other pets Corners stores! So please shop here !

Really helpful and knowledge member of staff helped us with everything from food to leads and coats for our new puppy...highly recommend More dry puppy food which she could have a taster before we bought it...she loves it!!!!

Used to be a lot friendlier and as pet shop ,I expect to at least when you walk in great your pet.Price is more expensive than other large outlets but used to forgive this for better customer service but lacking that feel nowaday's.

Good selection, all the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My puppy Larry loved getting a treat from Clarissa. Always take my dogs in there to weight them as well.

Excellent service from Jessica on helping me select some cat food. Yes it might be more expensive than a supermarket but you get what you pay for in my opinion. The service alone is worth every penny. I am now a regular customer thanks to Jessica, her attitude and service.
