Brilliant as usual, full of knowledge, advice and expertise, a long time since I've bought a bike elsewhere

The beginning of the bike build was great very personal and helpful, I'm glad to finally get the bike I've been wanting for a while now. Had a few hiccups along the way. The bike was supposed to ship out on a Friday, but didn't get out until Wednesday. Once I emailed to check, the label was created, So I felt like it was forgotten about. The packaging was not adequate and quickly thrown together with parts against other loose parts resulting in a few scratches and chips. I also had to do a little hydraulic brake work to get things working properly. I did send a polite email stating these things with showing photos but never heard back.

Came across Pedalz by accident, what a find a very helpful and genuine bike supplier who gives you no flannel, kept me updated on my order, Thank you Paul and the Team. I certainly will be returning for any of my future requirements.

Great experience buying a new bike from these guys. Friendly chaps who helped me all the way along the process, helping mespec everything to exactly what I wanted, and then delivered my bike built up to my door. Highly recommended!

Recently bought a fenix from Paul and his team, I needed the bike setting up to my measurements, Paul and his team worked with me in achieving this. The bike feels amazing to ride and has took my cycling to another level.

Best bike shop I've ever used! During the pandemic and national bike shortage, 2pedalz were able to build me a custom bike that I'd have otherwise had to have waited at least 6 months for elsewhere, and with a much better spec! Really pleased with the excellent customer service from Paul and others at the shop. Paul is very friendly, upbeat and easy to chat to over the phone. He helped me so much with advice, correct sizing and components for the type of riding I want to do. Even going through the trouble of sourcing some parts from overseas that weren't available in the UK, to help me get the bike sooner, and giving me regular updates on the progress of the build. Finally, the bike was delivered in person, fully built and ready to ride, and with peace of mind it wasn't in a box being thrown around by a courier! I would 100% recommend this shop for any bike needs.

Just recieved my Fenix SLiC in the colour I have always wanted, it looks stunning and sure will get some admiring glances around the roads and hills of North Yorkshire.Thanks Paul for such excellent service.
