Do not buy from this place. I got a king size bed from them few years ago and the planks they put in the middle for support have dipped even though the owner of the place gave me a guarantee it would never break/bend. I tried to contact them MANY times. I even went to the store 3 times. Each time, telling me next week , next week, after 2 weeks. “Call the mobile because our landline is down” - THEY NEVER PICK UP THE BLOODY MOBILE! Then i went again and a younger guy told me to send him pictures on whatsapp and I did so. And they dont even reply. I messaged them on every social media platform and they just ignored me. I mean, I wasn’t looking for a free fix or something, I would’ve been happy to pay for a new support system for the bed. 2 mattresses have dipped in the middle because of this issue.PLEASE AVOID. It may seem amazing, competitive pricing but few years down the line, you’ll see the issues!

Great choice of headboards. We chose an ottoman bed and it's very well made. Plenty of storage and it's got a bottom so our things aren't resting on the floor and don't need to be in boxes. The headboard is lovely and of great quality. Very pleased with my purchase.

GET YOUR BEDS FROM HARGREAVES. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. The bed that I ordered was a small double ottoman bed and my days the mattress is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. The struts that lift the bed up feel premium and the owners are both very kind and professional individuals. My whole family were very impressed and so was I. Thank you Team Hargreaves.

Was recommended by a friend and from my experience I can say it was 10/10. Very helpful when choosing bedframe and mattresses. Customer service was excellent and I was amazed when I was told they manufacture all items in their own factory by their craftsmen, the quality and finishing on their products is beautiful.

Bitterly disappointed. I had read the online reviews and the warm responses were encouraging. We had spent a few weeks trying to find the style of head board we wanted and thought we had struck it lucky in finding Hargreaves. We stayed in touch during lockdown and when the factory reopened we placed an order submitting full payment in advance. We were told it would take 7-10 days manufacturing and next day delivery. It's now been almost 6 weeks and we have not received the headboard. I have had to chase every few days for an update or some explanation and I am told Hermes cannot confirm a pick up and delivery slot. I am struggling to understand why another courier cannot be sourced and better information to guarantee delivery...so I'm left a few hundred pounds short and no product after 6 weeks when it should have been 10 days. I have asked for a full refund, but still waiting for confirmation on when this will be processed. All in all we are incredibly disappointed by the poor business communication and performance. Perhaps the buying experience is different if you are able to do this in person from their show room. At least from our experience, we will not reccommend Hargreaves.
