Clinic 7 Dermatology: Covid restrictions strictly adhered to. Masks worn by all. Shielded reception desks.Patients not allowed to be accompanied, only authorised disabled. All patient details heard by all as shielded prevents hearing, so voices at a raised level Waiting room and corridor used with appropriate spacing. Polite firm staff. No drinks machine available in clinic. Sterile atmosphere. Covid changed all normal patient interactions. Rather lone experience.
