A good range of planes on display. Bring chairs and a parasol/small tent for shade. Go close to the speakers if you want to hear the commentators - we sat in the middle and couldn't hear very well. The plane timings changed on the day and we weren't aware of that, so it was hard to plan when to leave with young kids. The hot air balloons didn't appear even through there were tethering time slots on the schedule and the schedule offered the option of tethered balloon rides. No mention why by the commentators - I hear from others who stayed to the end that they did eventually get the balloons out, but it would have been courteous if they had told us why they didn't appear when scheduled! My young daughter was quite upset that she'd didn't see them.

Thursday morning launch from Midlands Air fest was AMAZING. Thursday evening was AMAZING as the Morning then came the Night Glow which was BRILLIANT and then the SPECTACULAR fireworks to end Thursday night was just Special. FRIDAY MORNING WAS GOOD but the weather itself was beginning to change and by Friday pm well wind and rain appeared which stopped any ballooning from happening same with Saturday morning wind STOPPED ballooning but the show went on with aeroplanes including the FAMOUS red arrows who appeared Thursday afternoon Friday afternoon and Saturday morning along with the other planes that put on a show for the public that was there. Sadly the weather out an end to anymore ballooning from happening but a good weekend had all round

Had a fantastic day here! Beautiful grounds of Ragley Hall, Warwickshire. The weather was perfect and everything was very well organised. Plenty of toilets, food and drink outlets and plenty of space on the grass so you're not on top of each other. You need to take seating of some sort as I had a numb bum within 2 hours. We bought a couple of pop up chairs which were £19 each and worth every penny! The red arrows, Lancaster bomber, spitfire, wing walkers, acrobatic formations and loads more.

We had pondered going here for several years and in 2023 finally made it. We paid for the premium parking which was not only closer to the main area but also had its own set of toilets which had no queues and were very clean. The car park also gave us a view of the display from the car, handy if it had been raining which luckily it wasn’t, in fact the weekend proved to be extremely hot giving the various hat stalls a brisk trade. The start of the event area was 1 minutes walk from the car where there were various trade stands as well as many food stalls offering a variety cuisines. The main viewing area, a grassy embankment overlooking the display line, wasn’t too busy when we arrived and we set up our chairs and parasol in a central position and sat and enjoyed the sunshine. The air show itself was very good with the red arrows being the highlight of the day like they usually are. The remainder of the show was made up of the usual aircraft, BBFF etc.Due to strong winds there were no inflated hot air ballon’s, maybe next time.Around the show ground there are many other attractions to see and even saw David Jason filming for his new TV show.Overall this is a great day out for the whole family and look forward to going again in the future.

What a great day! Lots to see, lots of toilets, lots of parking, lots to eat, lots of room to view the planes. If I had anything to help improve for next year, it would be the distribution of speakers further up the bank so people at the back could hear as most of it was inaudible due to the speakers all being at the front.

A first visit to the Midland Airshow at Ragley hall, you have to pre book disabled parking not a problem, parking is on a field thats very uneven luckily it was dry. There are no designated disabled toilets just potaloos dotted about the show field,The airshow started about 14.30hrs with a good selection of aircraft flying The best of the show was the battle of Britain flight the Lancaster, Spitfire and Hurricane all did individual displays then the Lancaster was joined by the Typhoon Euro fighter, Amazing seeing the old and new displaying together, Stars of the show were the wing walkers getting gasps from the crowd followed by everyones favourites the Red Arrows who are only flying 8 aircraft this year instead of their usual 9, The 3hr display finished with the RAF Falcons parachute display team. This is a 3 day event with alot more than the airshow and well worth a visit.
