Sapphire House

We had a two week stay in Sapphire House. Clean, well-managed apartment in a good location. We will be back on our next business trip. Thanks guys!

The rooms where lovely. We where only there for 1 night but we wished we had booked for 2 to enjoy it better. The bathrooms where like luxury. The only downfall was location. No close by shops just warehouses.

I had booked the apartment for 16/10/21 for one night as I had booked several day trips in advance for my Son's Birthday, earlier in the year. I was advised via email, not a phone call on 13/10/21 that the previous customer had destroyed the room I had been booked into to such an extent that they could not get the room 'fixed in time. They offered no apology, no alternative other than the apartments downstairs were owned by someone else and were cheaper and to contact them as they were through another company to see if they had availability. No contact details given, and I could not find the details through searching.

The apartments are spacious and light but they are not very well equipped for a true self catering apartment. There is a lack of basic necessities such as drainers, dust pan and brush and general kitchen equipment. They would benefit from being lived in for a week so that there is a better understanding of what is needed. Overall though, they are clean and any problems we reported were dealt with promptly. These apartments are on a Business Park so it would be fair to say its quite industrial and so may not be suitable for holidays, more suitable for work or business trips. They are well situated to main roads but not quite so handy for the town.

Very nice place to sleep, shame it's not in the country side, but 10 minutes in taxi, gets you there, enjoyed the surrounding area, fantastic

The booking experience was super easy and the team were very helpful. The rooms are really spacious, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. I would stay here again but I do have a few criticisms:- We were made aware that there was a low noise policy between 10pm to 7am but our upstairs neighbours were extremely loud and banging around until well after 1am and nothing was enforced.- The front door was often left open which felt like a security risk.- There needs to be more mirrors in the apartment. 4 adults trying to share this space getting ready for a day out with one tiny wardrobe mirror and a bathroom mirror was not ideal, there's plenty of empty wall space!
