Me and my partner came here for our anniversary last night and everything was perfect. The food was great, I am a vegetarian and there were lots of options for both vegetarians and vegans to choose from, and was cooked very fast, we were impressed by the speed of the orders. The staff were amazing, especially our server, Gypsy, she was very helping and friendly and she explained items on the menu and on the drinks menu when we didn’t know what they were, she was very funny and always knew how to make us laugh! The atmosphere in Ego’s was also very positive with candles on the tables and the noise inside wasn’t very loud which was great when we were eating. 5/5 would definitely recommend eating here!

Came for lunch on Saturday, the food was stunning but the service was really what made it special! Team can't do enough for you but are not overbearing. Lovely setting and the servers are so so nice, will absolutely be coming back!

An excellent Sunday lunch which was great value for money. The mushroom soup was delicious, the fillet of pork and veg, beautiful and the various desserts we ordered very nice. The barn itself is a delightful setting. We will definitely be back.

Excellent food and service in what seems to be a converted barn. The place is large, modern and comfortable and the food was great. We had lunch with mushroom and calamari rings for starter and then salmon cake and breaded chicken breast as mains. All delicious and served on time.

The food was 5-star worthy, but the service (although friendly) wasn't great. We came in on a Thursday at 11:30 am and were the first table seated. After receiving our water, we were ignored for a good 20 minutes. It then took a long time for our lunches to be served. We also had 3 different servers, which was strange. Lunch (incl. dessert) took an hour and 45 minutes due to all of the waiting. I'm not sure if this is a normal occurrence or not, but wanted to write this review to let management know the situation. The food was delicious, so no complaints there, and we will give the place another chance based on that. Hopefully, the service issues will be fixed.

My husband and I decided to visit for lunch after a very busy morning. I've been here a few times before but it was my husbands first time and definitely not his last. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much. Food was hot, tasty and presented very well. We're now happy owners of a new puppy and I didn't realise you could bring dogs to dine here. For us that's a big bonus. Our puppy is very much part of our family and to be able to dine with her when with our family is fantastic. Thank you ego. We attended on Thursday afternoon so to all the staff who were on including the very friendly manager. Thank you for a lovely last minute lunch experience.

Perfect meal for 7 of us, including our 4 year old grandson, who could build his own pizza then the chef baked it, awesome. The steaks were cooked exactly as requested. Our waiter Kieran was helpful and pleasant. Definitely be back again soon!!

Really nice place on first impression. The staff are welcoming and pleasant. The server showed us to our table and offered us drinks and gave us the menus.I could feel the grease on the menu which wasn't a good start. This made me look around at the carpet and seating to give it a quick inspection. The carpet is weathered and dirty and really could do with a clean. The fixed seating had food stains on the front which didn't look good. Our drinks were delivered and we ordered our food. Both meals were delivered together and we tucked in. I had the Courgette & Sweetcorn Fritters with a side of Green Beans. The main was extremely tasty but I never got to taste the side as it was not delivered! Not good.Ordered dessert and it was extremely tasty. The positives generally cancel the negatives but the seating and carpets really need a good clean.Would I go again? Maybe!

OhMyGosh we came here today on the way home from an experience day which was amazing and this dining experience topped it off perfectly. The only teeny tiny criticism would be that there's not enough ice-cream with the sticky toffee pudding BUT I think I am just greedy...Thanks guys
