I would not recommend!I took my car in for a diagnostic and their plug in machine did not pick up that all four cylinders were misfiring. They sent my car back to me without looking at anything else as they ‘didn’t have time’ even though there was clearly an issue (I booked my car in weeks in advance) and charged me for the diagnostic. I had to take my car to another mechanic for a second opinion to find out about the misfires and then have it fixed. The lead mechanic was quite rude/abrasive to me over the phone when I asked to be refunded as their diagnostic results were faulty/incorrect and they have been no help to me.The mechanics will take your money and not actually help you if anything goes wrong.The lady who runs the reception is nice though so at least there’s that.

I visited this garage for the first time today as my engine light was on although the car is driving fine. The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. After a diagnostic scan I was shown the results and advised that no clear fault of concern could be detected. The mechanic explained that sometimes this can happen due to an oversensitive system and for reasons which are not a concern mechanically. The light cleared and I was advised to get in touch if I noticed any other problems. There was no charge to me at all. I shall certainly be returning for my MOT and any future work as the staff/owners are clearly good, honest people who care about their customers. Great service, much appreciated and highly recommended.

Excellent Service & Team. Vicky & Max helped fix my car . Vicky who looks after the administration has excellent knowledge of cars and also good time management and is very helpful. Max on the other hand is very technical and fixed my problem in 5 mins. Once this issue was fixed all the other noises were also fixed. This was on New Years Eve! really needed the car as I needed to go back to London. The best New year gift ever. Thank you!Highlyrecommend this Garage to everyone who wants to fix their problem permanently at a reasonable price as well.

My husband took is vw golf here twice with the same problems, £120 and they just made it worse,also inside door panel left hanging,so this morning after going back they told him to take it to vw, why not tell him that in the first place.

Went in for a tire alignment and balance, they checked the car and advised against doing the alignment currently as the tire and one track rod end may need replacing soon, so prevented me from wasting money.The staff were all very friendly and seemed to provide honest advice to me and I could also see the other customers being treated the same way while I was waiting. I would highly recommend based on my experience.

Used these guys to fit my new tyres that were ordered from black circles. They got me in with just a couple of days notice and they also replaced a piece of my wheel arch liner (that I'd purchased elsewhere) for free since my wheels were already off and it was a 5 minute job. I know where I'll be taking my car for any future work.

Had my car for its MOT today. Super friendly people and felt really at ease, was able to wait in the waiting area and watch some tv while work was carried out. Really well priced and was very informative with explanations. I am not overly car savvy but I completely understood what was being explained. Any car troubles I'll definitely be back!

Managed to fit me in at very short notice after my car failed its MOT. Within 12 hours of the booking, my car had been repaired. The staff were very eager to help. Work was done very quickly at a good price. Despite being a new customer I was treated like my custom was as important as anyone else. Will definitely be returning after the urgency they all showed.
