I ordered from them and honestly NEVER AGAIN. This is the 2nd time they have send me missing items and never even bothered to let me know or pay me back my money. These people are thieves and non of their phone numbers work. I’ve send emails but no response but I will definitely be reporting them for stealing and very poor service.

As someone who has bought stuff from zimfoods before, I am UTTERLY SHOCKED AND DISAPPOINTED at the treatment of those who support her. I placed an order and waited weeks before hearing anything from her. The order was shipped to me late but never even left the UK and was returned to her due to issues unknown to me. Upon asking, the response was, I'll keep you posted." Messages are constantly ignored

I used to rave about their services, until recently! I ordered stuff with my sister, it never left the UK, tried to communicate, she ignores but can update instagram etc. Zero customer service. You have lost 2 big customers. I will not be referring anyone ever again. Glad there are other options out there for the same stuff.

This online shop is an honest embarrassment and scam. If you want good service use Zimtuckshop or Pachihera. My whole order was delivered wrong and with a terrible smell of silicon gel! The food is not even consumable and expiring within the week of delivery. Emailed 3 times asking how I can return and process a refund politely and was ignored. The phones never go through. Save your self the stress, avoid this fraudulent retailer!!! Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

I've been a loyal customer for years...but the service gets worse by day. Wrong orders delivered multiple times...tried to email, text & call, no response.The worst service...most of the food is almost expired...or damaged. Terrible service...won't be ordering here again! Dispeakable

Service is absolutely shambolic, ordered some stuff which were never shipped out and they were showing me a fake shipment order which didn’t match my shipment number. Requested a refund and they’ve completely ignored my request. I will never shop from here nor would I recommend their service to anyone.

I have ordered a few times with no issues but my recent order has exposed terrible customer service. The whatsapp number took days to respond ,the online chat noone responses and they don’t answer phone so how are we expected to communicate with you?. You can’t be in this business and not want to deal with people. Please focus on customer services not just sales because its us loyal customers that keep you going!
