The quality of the windows are awful and damaged and I bet kids could mastic around the windows better. I have 28mm mastic around the windows but under NHBC tolerance it should be 10mm.

Do not trust this company for any reason. If you’re buying a new build, make sure they’re not buying their doors from this company. They came three times to take measures and lost all the data, so they say. We’ve been waiting for years for a door. They even disappeared. DO NOT TRUST THEM, stay away from them if you don’t want to get crazy.

Bought a new build property and these guys did the windows I'm 2 years in and still waiting for my bay window glass to be sorted. They have come more times that I can remember each time with defected glass absolute joke. Would never ever reccomend this company

Had my door replaced on MondayTwo lads that came to rip and replace can't fault them. Door fits perfectly like a glove. Would deffo recommend them

Rubbish customer service. Have problem with patio doors not locking. RPS told me to oil doors (the doors are 4 months old) and then same doors I've had to call emergency to get them to lock. Not turned up to 3 appointments to fix. Bad company.

Bought a new build property fitted with their windows, been in 7 years and windows filling with water. Been advised (helpfully) that our house is now out of warranty, and they no longer service our area anyway. Shockingly bad, rude customer service and poor product - stay away!

If they fit windows and doors as badly as they drive I’d stay well away!Fancy finding it funny to squeeze in-front and nearly swipe a heavily pregnant woman on her way to an emergency appointment and then brake check whilst joining the motorway.Your employee found it hilarious so I’d be quite cautious of letting a person like that into my home to fit my windows/doors and giving him the keys to my companies van!

One of your drivers cut me up on a roundabout a few days ago and did not give way to me and almost caused an accident.I even have dashcam footage of this incident.If they drive as bad as this, it makes me question how bad their workmanship is.
