Shock as another Treff Industrial eatery can't get orders correct.TBF the first time I've had this issue at McDonald's but sending out a burger missing a patty and with the cheese slapped to the side of the box rather than actually in the bun is pretty egregious.Is there no QA or diligence process to actually check you've done everything!!??

Ordered double sausage muffing which took over 10 minutes before I got my meal, once it arrived I only had half a bun looked like it had been eaten. I raised this with staff which they dismissed it as normal. No replacement or apologies so I left. Shocking food and service I won't be recommending or going back.

My big mac was so dry and looked like life was sucked out of it! The guy behind the counter looked bored out his mind.Car park is to tiny someone smashed into my car while me and the misses were eating our mcrubber.Wouldn't recommend this particular resteraunt unless your desperate.

Ordered the much advertised double Big MacHad to park up for over 10 minutes (no queue in front or behind) before being delivered 2 extremely sub standard burgers.Dry, no cheese, no sauce, no gherkins, more importantly no flavour whatsoever - burgers were also practically see throughFollowing poor service, poor food, was the last thing I expected from the over hyped advert on the TVWorst Macdonalds experience ever will never visit again!

I love how the self serve touchscreens are always coated in a thick visible sheen of greasy fingerprints. As you walk in to a cacophony of electronic beeps, screeching infants, overexcited college students and gauche adults, you truly feel a cut above everyone. Even as you drip overly sweet ketchup all over the table and use way too many serviettes to smear it around. The unnatural smell of ovely processed oil is as comforting as it is repulsive.

Ordered delivery, had a happy meal for one of my children and ended up having a very cold burger and an old 2022 toy included instead of the pokemon cards advertised so now have a very unhappy child. I had a wrap which had blackened lettuce within it, and instead of having 6 chicken nuggets in each pack there were only 5 in each. The chips weren't cooked fully either

Not the best experience at this McDonald's.The service was pretty slow, the food not very hot and missing items off my order. The person that I spoke to apologised and offered to replace certain items but most of my family had eaten by this point.

Can someone please explain to me why it says open 24/7 on your opening hours but when I come to visit in a works van which is too big to go through the drive through your doors are always locked!!!? Can’t you at least update the website and put drive through only!!?

Bland and DisappointingI recently ordered the Mozilla Dippers and the Vegetarian Deluxe Burger from McDonald's, and I must say I was quite disappointed. The Mozilla Dippers, which I ordered in a larger quantity, turned out to be incredibly bland and lacking in flavor. Even dipping them in salsa didn't salvage the taste.As for the Vegetarian Deluxe Burger, it left much to be desired. The patty seemed to be made with beans and an unusual gravy-like filling, making it an unpleasant surprise. I've tried vegetarian options at various places, but this particular one was far from satisfying.Overall, I wouldn't recommend these items from this specific McDonald's location. Hopefully, they can work on improving the taste and quality of their vegetarian offerings.
