First class support. I left a message on his phone and Paul replied within the hour. Just a short trip to Little Downham to drop off my dead laptop at his house and his response was very encouraging.Paul replied 2 hours later that the laptop was now fully functional and he explained in simple language what the problem had been and what he had done.The cost was very reasonable and I will note his contact number should I experience other problems in the future.I am well pleased with his work.
