I was so worried after someone thought I had knotweed in my garden. It looked very similar, but I sent a query with photos and I had a reply within minutes, what a relief it was something similar but not knotweed. Thank you so much Paul for that fast response!

Submitted two photos of a plant which I suspected to be the dreaded Japanese Knotweed but in little to no time I received a reply which put my mind at ease, thankfully my fears were needless. Found what could have been Japanese Knotweed in the garden. Took some photos and used the excellent Phlorum recognition service. Not only did Paul put our minds at ease (it is Russian Vine apparently) but he replied very quickly. Truly exceptional

Just about to complete on my new home . And at the side of the property is what I thought was not-weed , had a major panic on as there was nothing there 2 months ago ,Within a few hours of sending over my pictures, I got the answer I was hoping for , that it wasn’t Japanese not weed, I can’t thanks this company enough,
