Guest Truck and Van Pre-owned

First service for fiat ducato motorhome van costing £650 took four days as waiting for a part. Drove off following service and van went straight into limp mode, obviously not given a post service test drive by staff. The job was quickly sorted when i returned. Later discovered, when back home, that the alarm had been disconnected although office staff said that the alarm hadn’t been touched as vehicle had only been serviced. Quite a coincidence as battery had obvs been disconnected, causing the alarm problem, as radio had lost all presets. Returned for a second time and problem quickly fixed. Later on while on holiday discovered that the fridge was not working, quite the coincidence again. I haven’t bothered getting in touch with Guests as have no faith in them not causing further problems. I cannot recommend the company as they seem expensive and quite incompetent.The only plus point is that the staff are very friendly.

As a sole market trader my 13th month old Talento van had a split water pipe it took them 8 days to fit a new water pipe which is a simple job they said it would take 2 days they left me without a van for 8 days.It was a warranty job. Don't go here if you want a good job doing on your car/van in good time.

Absolutely shocking,it took them 3 Months to put a new loom in mine and the price they charged me was disgusting.How they can charge what they do for their work is beyond me.
