Customer service to die for.Our 12-year-old Bosch dishwasher finally gave up the ghost. We chose to replace it with a Hotpoint, nearly £200 cheaper, from BDB. £200 is a lot of money, and a dishwasher is just a dishwasher, after all.We soon discovered that dishwashers are not all made equal. Despite looking very similar, we quickly identified a load of dislikes and, to cap it all, the thing only worked on one programme, and that left much of the load dirty and most of the soap tablet on the machine's floor at the end of the wash.Not to worry! BDB took care care of everything. They arranged Hotpoint removal and Bosch replacement. It was all over in a couple of days.Brilliant!
