I ordered a plate of chips, they were cold and the chicken i ordered was also cold.The forks were dirty and staff didnt bother to wash or replace it.The toilets are very small and you can barely fit in them.The drinks machine was broken, and so we had to travel all the way across to the sainsburys and buy drinks.Could be improved

Appalling customer service. Price of the meal being charged for not displayed. When I queried this with the female cashier she became agurementative. She called Rosa and to prove the price. After I had taken my seat both she and Rosa stood there loudly discussing the issue and said ^they want food for free. I went and challenged their behaviour with Rosa and the female again came and joint the discussion arguing again. The only polite person was the gentleman server."

Firstly i dont know there to start from. Firstly, today (15/11/22) i had an appointment from the after sales team at 10am. The sales man told me theres a cafe opposite from them so i could go and have a coffee, breakfast etc instead of waiting. So i thought great let me go and have my breakfast. So i went in there and the workers there seeing me but didnt welcome me inside instead they just stared at my face so i thought ok some people not having a great morning so i approached the lady who works there and asked her if the cafe is open. She said yes and walked away. Im there in the middle of the resturant not knowing what to do or how to order. So there was a cashier i approached him and asked if theres a menu. So he handed me the menu. Once i was ready to order i clearly told them what i wanted! Once the food was ready the lady who i approached at the beginning told me this is your order i said no its not i didnt order that. She said no your order is this so i grabbed the plate and went to my seat. Then i walked back to her and said can i have me receipt cause somethings not right here. Anyway she passed me my receipt and the guy who taken my order has done a mistake so i was gutted about it not even a sorry etc. so i sat back to my seat and thought to myself i should just leave the place i didnt even touched my plate i just grabbed my coffee and told THE WOMEN WHERE I SHOULD LEAVE MY PLATE. She showed me were to put it i told her im leaving i havent touched my plate she just nodded. And watched me leave lol. Listen i work in food industry we own resturants and we never treat our customers in that way or make them leave without asking them whats wrong or ask if they need anything or if everything was okey. If my customer was upset about something ill try my best to make them happy or try to solve any issue if there is any. This is not how customers should be treated no matter what. They never even offered me back my refund not that i was going to take it back as the chef’s cooked. Not their fault and i wont disrespect them like that But i did expect an SORRY. Like who do you think you are? Working with broken english and watching me leave without questioning me.

They wouldn’t serve me at 11:52 despite hot food being out on the counter. Apparently lunch isn’t served until 12 so they say to come back in 5-10mins which I duly do. The time is now 12:03. The same hot food is still out yet they still won’t serve me or the other customers and that we’ve got to wait another 5-10 mins. Wait for what?! The food is already there, you just need to spoon it into a container! Talk about turning away money!

Cooked breakfast was just above cold, the staff were just as frosty . Fried egg had obviously been sitting there for an hour or two and this was 9am. Fried eggs aren't supposed to be chewy. Weird pricing as well. Place was clean. Skip this place and go to sainsbury cafe. Cooked to order.

Good food and good service. Like most people we were killing time here waiting for our car to be ready to be collected. So we weren’t expecting such a nice cafe. We had a roast chicken dinner that was really tasty and my toddlers even declared “my food is yummy”. Staff were really friendly too and not grumpy at all that we stayed until closing time. Kids enjoyed the play area. I enjoyed a break from the car showroom.

Good food. Well priced. It's a life saver when you spend a lot of time looking for your perfect car at CarGiant...

I visited here because it was next to Car Giant, and I was hungry! The chilli con carne was delicious, it far exceeded my expectations! The chips were also lovely, and were perfectly cooked.The food was great value for money, as my chilli con carne and chips was only £7.90 and it was quite a generous portion. The staff were all very friendly and polite. The venue was clean and tidy but it is rather dated, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
