I brought some clothes here last minute, and they looked after me. Very pleased.

I took my wedding dress a year after our wedding to get cleaned, I was fully expecting that the marks at the bottom of the skirt would never come out because I left it so long. When I collected the dress it was pristine again! I'm so impressed with the work they did; when I dropped it off the lady was so kind and thorough looking over the dress with me. I was put at complete ease knowing I could trust them with this important piece. They did every they could to protect the delicate beaded details so nothing was lost or came loose. I'm over the moon!

AVOID! I brought my Moose Knuckle coat here to be dry cleaned, they managed to get around 50% of the stains out but also managed to break the zip on it. I still had to pay FULL price and when I explained I wasn’t happy I was told there’s always a risk to which I replied that I knew that but that’s why you have insurance, so could I have those details please? I was told by the man that they didn’t have insurance and that was that. Not even an apology! After breaking my coat that cost me over £800 I certainly won’t be leaving it here.I understand mistakes happen however there is definitely a way to go about it and to try and turn the blame on me saying I knew there was a risk just isn’t good enough. I would never recommend this dry cleaners completely unprofessional!

Shocked by how much they charge to launder a KS Duvet Cover. It wasn't 'Ironed' to my standards.

Had the best experience here with getting my bridesmaids dress altered! Got it back within a couple of days, had to have a further alteration with change of shoes but again super quick turn around. Lovely staff and will definitely be going back in the future. Thanks again!

Nice lady. Visited with relative who was picking up items that had been washed and pressed for a wedding. Taking my winter coats in when weather is warm enough to wear a jacket.

All good. 2 suits dry cleaned. Good stuff
