On the 28th September purchased a pair of Trainers priced at £90Initially just called into the shop to look but Beth persuaded me to try a few pairs which decided me to buy. Nothing was too much trouble with this young lady and I am very happy with my purchase and the service I received was second to none.ROB WOTTON

After a terrible experience at the Southampton branch we expected the same from this one, however we were blown away with how welcoming, patient and professional the staff here were. Thank you very much indeed.

I went in over the weekend to get some trainers for my holiday and came out with two very comfy pairs of shoes, one for me and one for my wife. We are very happy with them and I haven’t taken mine off yet.The young lady that served us was very helpful and we will definitely be back after our trip for some more shoes.

First time buyer, had an excellent experience with the two staffers closing on Saturday 11th of June. They let me in despite 3 minutes to closing time, helped me try 7 pairs and in the end I found the perfect fit.Loved the experience and the shoes, will be a returning customer.

Manger was extremely rude. To my son. When I was trying on a pair of trainers. He is only 10years old. He only took one chewing gum. The manager stormed up to him from out of the now where. Told him, not to. To be greedy. After he only had just one chewing gum. What her ploblem's. I ask the manager what's the ploblem's , and not to speak to my son in that tone of voice. She look at me in discuss. I took the trainers off. Quickly. Told the manager I don't like her attitude , And left. The store .I never going back there no more until they get rid of the manager.
