The manager was really sweet and the donuts were amazing. Our dogs weren't allowed in and so the manager offered them some cream for them to eat as well as helping us with our order and getting us a discount with the app. Great customer service :)

I have one single complaint about this place: why isn't it in Birmingham?! I know there's a few branches of this around but this is BY FAR my favourite (significantly better than the Nottingham city centre one).I came here today and was reminded how good it is. Want to call out specifically the staff member who was on - I think his name was Karim or similar (I couldn't quite read the name badge!) who absolutely nailed it; it was fairly busy and as far as I could tell he was the only one on. I find people can sometimes be quick to complain but not so quick to call out amazing customer service - so that's what I'm hoping to do here :)
