I purchased a roll end very last minute from Dallas Carpets. Gail was fantastic! Recommended the right carpet and underlay for my room and managed to fit me in very quickly. She was so helpful and friendly throughout.The fitter arrived on time as arranged and was lovely. He cleaned up after himself and done a great job!We will be back!!

Got my whole house re floored with carpeted, laminate, and vinyl, and it was perfect. The customer service was excellent they really helped us choose what worked best for our budge and style. Once everything was done, they sent flowers as a thank you, which was extremely kind and I can't thank you enough.** Some photos were just as they were working. No mess was left at all. The two fitters recommended were excellent also.

First time I've bought from Dallas recommended by a friend I'm so glad I did service was 1st class, but I have to give 100% to the fitter John he did the job with perfection and could not fault a thing, if I ever need anything to done I would only get John to do the job then I would know it would be perfect. 10 stars on this.

I cannot recommend this Company enough, their showroom has an excellent choice in all products, a real one stop shop for carpets and flooring needs. The customer service from making our decisions, right through to having our carpets fitted was very professional. If you want a fast efficient service from a friendly family run business Dallas carpets is the place to go.

Don't not use this carpet shop you will be over sold on the size you need and over priced on the quality you are buying. You will be lucky if they finish the job.I warned my brother not to use this shop but he did out of desperation now he's paying the price with an unfinished job.They are refusing to send another fitter out for one long cut after £1300 was spent in the shop.I clean carpets for a living and stopped recommending this rip of shop years ago.I RECOMMEND YOU TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO JAMES KANE AND SONS IN GOUROCK.
