The Nail Spa

No didn't get a chance to! Was booking for someone that was visiting me. She wanted nails done but I wasn't sure if she wanted normal polish put on toes as well.The person on the other end of the line obviously had not understood but I had already said she wanted fingers nails done. She then said 'so you want to book an appointment but you don't know what for' ?I won't be bothering infuture and told her so!

Lovely staff, made me not feel nervous as I don't like the machine. Massive positive is if you book an appointment they honour it and don't keep you waiting if a walk in comes at your appointment time. The inlay place I will due now!

First time here today and they were great. The guy I had was very accommodating even though I am very fussy. A huge range of colours, lovely staff all very helpful will definitely be back, thank you x

As a man that didn’t know what he was doing, they made me feel very welcome and at ease. Did a fantastic job with my nails. Definitely going again!

I’ve had my nails done here a few times and they were fine. However, I went last week and can confirm that I’ll not be coming again. Firstly, my natural nails were filed so much, to the point that I am now scared of how they’ll look once the acrylic is taken off. The removal of cuticles was also painful and caused my finger to bleed. This was not disinfected or cleaned whatsoever, and the equipment/products used on me will be used on others, which I find very unhygienic. When it comes to the actual nail design I was also very disappointed. I wanted french tips and asked for a natural pink base but I was in fact given a bright pink. The white tip lines were very uneven and looked different on every nail. I am unfortunately not satisfied with the service at all, and will not be returning.

Love this place. Brilliant to be able to book a slot and they run on time. Pedicure chairs are amazing and great job with the nails - highly recommend

I followed their advice and had a different type if polish. Overnight the colour on 2 nails had blistered and lifted right off. I went back - they redid the 2 nails. 2 days later, the same 2 nails lifted again. They repainted them and put loads of clear polish on top of all my nails. Within 3 days most of my nails were lifting and chipping. As I was too embarrassed to go in the shop for a 3rd time, I sent a message asking for their opinion - no reply! My nails are in a terrible mess and I am now nervous to go elsewhere.

Love this salon. Lovely staff who can’t do enough for you.Tried other salons but this one is the best. My nails always look great.

Me and a friend went here today, started with a Pedicure which was amazing so decided to stay and have Manicure too. I absolutely love my nails, the staff and atmosphere were lovely. I will 100% be going back.

Very clean and fresh looking.Offered a cold/hot drink while you have your treatment.Everyone was kind and helpful, especially as I wasn't sure what I wanted as don't get nails done very often.Thank you all so much.
