Sarahs Yoga For All + Pregnancy Yoga
I recently started going to Sarah's hatha yoga classes. It's been many years since I practised yoga so I was feeling rather apprehensive about whether I'd cope. However, Sarah has been very supportive, encouraging and positive. I've been pleased too that she's very knowledgeable about medical conditions that I've explained to her and she's been able to give me specific advice about appropriate exercises for me. I really look forward to each weekly session because Sarah makes sure that we are all comfortable and that we understand the yoga process. We all work at our own level and progress at our own rate. Sarah is available at the end of sessions if we need her to give an extra bit of friendly advice. I'm enjoying my 'me time' and am pleased that I found her group. I would definitely recommend Sarah's hatha yoga' classes.

Sarahs Yoga For All + Pregnancy Yoga
Highly recommended!I've been attending Sarah's yoga classes for the past 6 1/2 years, experiencing all her classes from her wonderful pregnancy yoga, to Mum and Baby yoga with my daughter to Hatha yoga.The pregnancy yoga classes helped me so much through my second and third trimester. Having had an emergency C-section with my son, I hoped I could have a natural birth second time around. The breathing techniques I learnt during Sarah's classes helped me to remain calm and in control during labour and the birth of my daughter, who was delivered naturally.My daughter and I enjoyed calming and relaxing Mum and Baby yoga. It was a wonderful bonding experience, which we would practice at home too, as well as socialising with other Mum's and babies during and after class.Being a busy Mum of two, wife and part-time worker Sarah's Hatha yoga is a welcome weekly treat, which resets, re-energises and nourishes me both physically and mentally. Sarah is always very calming and encourages everyone to be mindful of themselves in the present- leaving behind what's happened in the past and putting aside feelings for the future. I love that mindset and it really helps me focus on my yoga and mental wellbeing.Sarah is incredibly knowledgeable and excellent at guiding everyone through the yoga poses at their own pace/ability.Each class has a warm, friendly and calming atmosphere. I leave each week feeling so calm, relaxed and happy.Thank you Sarah!

Sarahs Yoga For All + Pregnancy Yoga
I went to Sarah’s Baby Yoga for the first time with my first baby when she was about 8 weeks old and loved it. We continuted to go for about 10 months, until my baby started crawling too much. It was a lovely relaxing session and everyone felt comfortable to feed or change their babies, or walk around as needed. I was sad to finish our sessions and when I got pregnant with my second child I went back to do pregnancy yoga and then baby yoga again when she arrived. I was so happy to be back giving her the same lovely experience. The babies in both classes loved it, and I still use the lullabies Sarah taught us to settle my girls if they are ill or upset. As well as giving us a supportive, happy place each week, the yoga and baby massage techniques Sarah taught us meant we could do them at home too. I also used the tummy massage on my girls for years. Thank you Sarah, we thoroughly enjoyed all our classes and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Sarahs Yoga For All + Pregnancy Yoga
I first became aware of Sarah through my mother in law, a long standing yoga teacher in the area, who had handed one of her previous teaching classes over to Sarah a number of years ago.In fact, one of the first things my mother in law said to me immediately after learning she was going to become a “Nanny” was, you really should go to Sarah’s baby yoga classes. She was not wrong.My daughter and I attended Sarah’s mother and baby yoga classes since she was 12 weeks old in 2015 right up until she could crawl. Thereafter, I joined Sarah’s hatha Yoga classes so I could enjoy some “non-Mummy” yoga time. I then returned to baby yoga in 2018 with my son and now continue with the weekly hatha classes.What this chronology demonstrates is that I absolutely love everything about Sarah’s classes, whether they be Baby yoga or Hatha for All. The classes are calming, yet energising, allowing everyone to work to their own desired level. One of the things which sets Sarah’s classes aside from any others I have attended is the acceptance of each individual’s practice and what is right for each particular person on a particular day.On a very personal level, the mother and baby class is one of the main activities which has pervaded this wonderful journey into motherhood. I will always cherish those memories.Thank you Sarah

Sarahs Yoga For All + Pregnancy Yoga
I have attended pregnancy yoga twice, mum and baby yoga classes with my first child and now do an evening class with Sarah. All classes have been tailored perfectly for the group, I loved pregnancy yoga getting to chat to other expectant mums and the visualisation at the end was so beneficial to me in labour.I loved the tune with my baby in the yoga class and liked the mix of gentle post natal exercise for me and fun bonding time with my baby, several of us used to go to the cafe together after the session.Having just started evening classes I’m really enjoying some time to myself, Sarah explains all the moves and encourages us to work to our own limits, she gives challenges to those wanting to add a little extra and great encouragement to all members. Highly recommend all her classes for ratio, price and friendliness!

Sarahs Yoga For All + Pregnancy Yoga
Sarah's pregnancy yoga classes were just what I was looking for. Her classes are great as they have the ideal balance of helping your body during pregnancy as well as helping prepare you for giving birth. She is supportive, friendly and kind with the emphasis always being on your wellbeing. She is happy to advise on any issues you may be having with practical tips. After each class I feel great! I would highly recommend her classes. Thank you Sarah!

Sarahs Yoga For All + Pregnancy Yoga
I started Sarah’s baby and mother Yoga when my daughter Emily was just 6 weeks old. As well as spending quality time with my baby and exercising, at my own level, I also met some life-long friends. Thanks to Sarah, she helped me though the first few months as being a new mum and allowing me to discuss all that is new with other like-minded mums. A brilliant group, so much more than the brilliant Yoga, thanks Sarah.

Sarahs Yoga For All + Pregnancy Yoga
Sarah's Baby Yoga class was the highlight of my week when my daughter was a baby. The gentle nature of the sessions with a range of songs & movement & the ability to chat to other mums at the end was perfect when my daughter was not an 'easy' baby & it was the one place where I would not feel anxious if she was unsettled. Highly recommended to anyone, regardless of your yoga experience - you and your baby will be very welcome & you will leave with a number of fun moves & songs you can continue play at home. I was so sad when she was too old to go. A hidden gem!

Sarahs Yoga For All + Pregnancy Yoga
Enjoyed two half terms at Sarah’s Baby Yoga with my little girl, starting just after my 6 week check. Thoroughly enjoyed it, Sarah is lovely and creates unique classes each week, the classes included exercises for Mum, some massage for baby and some lovely songs and routines. Felt the classes really helped me strengthen up a bit after becoming quite unfit whilst pregnant and I still do some of the stretches at home to this day. Was also a lovely way to bond with my daughter and chat to other mums with similar aged children. ☺️
