Bespoke Stairlifts
My late father-in-law bought a stairlift a matter of weeks before he passed away from Asbestosis. Bespoke were contacted to take the stairlift back. Bespoke were not interested. A friend lost their husband a week after a stairlift was installed, the installing company came and removed the stairlift and gave her the total cost back. My mother-in-law has Dementia and we need every penny for her support and ongoing care. £2,000 plus for a stairlift and for that, you get no compassion, no empathy and the most atrocious after sales care going.

Bespoke Stairlifts
I had 2 outside Bespoke stairlifts in stalled in July 2022. They have been nothing but trouble. I had to call out for help at least 17 times until they took it away in Sept 2023.The chair would fail to dock properly or would jam solid part way up the rails, often within a week of attention by their engineers.They blamed “leaves on the line”. This product is clearly not appropriate for outdoor use if leaves are around.

Bespoke is a great company with high quality products. Their customer service is very quick and helpful. If you want a good product for reasonable price, I can just recommend to buy a stair lift from Bespoke.
