If I could give more stars, I absolutely would!Sam's shop is stunning as soon as you walk through the door with its unique charm and large amounts of natural lighting. Sam was very warm and friendly as we discussed the types of dresses that I had in mind. She was very professional and had amazing customer service.I was a bit nervous about the idea of shopping for a wedding dress which fit my budget and I never thought that I would make a decision on a dress as quickly as I did.I felt so at ease in Sam's shop and am so thrilled to have found a breath-taking dress at an amazing price! I had a couple other bridal shops booked for later in the week which I had to cancel.Thank you so much Sam for making this an enjoyable experience!

Absolutely brilliant experience buying my wedding dress here. There's an amazing selection of dresses and Sam is so helpful and kind with what can be a stressful process. She offers great advice and nothing is too much trouble. The shop is also beautiful, in a unique setting - it's all very relaxed. I would wholeheartedly recommend.

The thought of stepping into a bridal shop initially terrified me - I pictured an intimidating set up with various members of staff staring at me, and I wasn't looking forward to it at all. I stumbled across Heritage Brides after finding that they stocked the beautiful Wtoo range, and soon discovered that Sam's boutique was nothing like I had imagined.The boutique itself is a huge, beautiful converted stable in the beautiful grounds of Hatfield House, decorated with bunting and twinkling fairy lights, with a warm and welcoming feel to it.Sam herself was incredible. She knew each of her dresses inside out and immediately put me at ease and really gave me a boost of confidence.I found my dream wedding gown on my first visit and fell in love with not only my dress, but the whole experience too.A stunning setting, a huge selection of beautiful dresses, excellent customer service and wonderful Sam. I loved every fitting and will truly miss my visits to Heritage Brides! I cannot recommend this place enough.

Sam was so attentive and really listened to my likes and dislikes and tailored the appointment specifically to me. It was a fantastic experience, especially for my first wedding dress appointment so would highly recommend!

We bought my dream wedding dress from Sam at Heritage Brides this year and the whole process was really enjoyable. Firstly, the shop is a truly beautiful place to buy a dress from (nestled in the grounds of Hatfield House) and it holds a wide selection of different styles of dresses and accessories so I felt I didn't need to look any further after my first visit.Sam is great too. She was very helpful, honest and clear on what to expect and everything ran very smoothly from the start.

Meeting Sam and coming to Heritage Brides was the most amazing experience - the shop is beautiful and a lovely setting to get the wedding excitement brewing. I am a plus size bride and was fed up and uninspired by some of the ranges out there for my frame. Heritage brides has such a beautiful range of traditional and quirkier styles and I was pleasantly surprised with the size range available and Sam went above and beyond and got some specific styles I liked in my size for me for me to try. I had the opportunity to try all the dresses that I had eyed up in my research and never felt like my size was a blocker to getting the right dress. Sam really got to know me and gave me the confidence to try a dress I never thought I could wear but it was perfect! What a dreamy swoosher she was and the veil made it all come together. I had so many compliments and really felt like myself and a bit quirky, but totally wedding and church appropriate. The whole experience was amazing and Sam was a cheerleader throughout! Cannot recommend enough! Xx

I came to Sam's beautiful shop in Autumn 2021 to find my wedding dress. I am someone who finds this kind of stuff easily overwhelming and I can be so indecisive, however Sam was so lovely and reassuring, it made me feel so much more comfortable. The other shops I went to all the dresses were so similar and blurred into one for me which made it very tricky to know what I really wanted. I wanted a dress that I felt 'me' in and the dresses that Sam stocks are wonderfully different from every other dress shop I went to. I enjoyed coming back to her lovely shop over the last year. It is absolutely stunning her shop, the vibe and decor is beautiful and I loved it!I also got the veil from Sam and the alterations were done with her lovely recommended seamstress Wendy.Thanks so much for helping me find the perfect dress!

Sam's shop was the first one I visited when I started the hunt for my wedding dress. I was expecting it to be a long and stressful process, but Heritage Brides has some more unique designers than other shops I researched, which offered more choice and was very much more 'me'! It ended up being a lovely way to spend the afternoon, and I fell in love with the Lou Lou bridal range and ended up buying the first dress I tried on. Wendy was also brilliant with alterations as well. Thank you both!

Where do I even begin!2 months before my wedding I found out the original dress I purchased (from a different shop) was ruined. I contacted Sam in a bit of a stress and that was honestly the best decision I made throughout the whole wedding planning process. Sam is literally an angel. She calmed me down and promised me she would get me down the aisle in a dress I loved, she went above and beyond to achieve this and I ended up loving my dress from her more than my original dress.Her seamstress Wendy also deserves a shout out as she amended a dress so that it was 2 sizes smaller for me.What a dream team! I will always be thankful to Sam and Wendy :-) thanks to them I felt like a woodland fairy at my wedding!Also the shop is gorgeous and all the dresses are breathtaking with a great range of alternative designs and more traditional! I just wish I had gone to them in the first place!Thank you so much! <3Fiona

I would give heritage brides 10 stars if I could.From the first contact, through the most wonderful experience I had trying on dresses, Sam was helpful, kindhearted and made the whole process simple and clear. Dress Prices were clear and options were plentiful, in both sample sale dresses and made to order.Sam gave great recommendations based on my taste, all within my price range. Her expertise and encouragement made me feel so confident and comfortable while trying on dresses. I came so close to taking home the most gorgeous dress, but it was knocked out of running by the perfect dress.Though I didn’t end up taking a dress home, I would send every bride possible this way for a magical experience!!!!(Book tea at the coach house after to celebrate!!)
