work mates girlfriend bragged this place up. had a breakfast bagel. it was alright, nothing special. bacon was a bit on the fatty side. still not the worst place to eat. inside the shop is very small so take away is the best option.

Quite a small interior but cosy with about 3 tables. I have only had a coffee which was quite nice and a shake which I think is a bit overpriced. I have not tried the food but the staff were busy cooking all the time mainly for takeout. The aroma from the food being cooked was very pleasant, and it looked good too.Whist I was there the shutters were left down which made it very dark and gloomy. Staff should put shutters up before customers come in. I went about 2pm on a Saturday afternoon so no excuse.

I eat from here at least twice a week and I've waited a while to write a review just to make sure I was as fair as possible. But my god, I BLOODY LOVE THIS PLACE.The staff are amazing and are always up for a chat. For such a small team they do a great job and I've seen it busy, they handle the rushes greatI order using their mobile app and it is always ready for when I choose my pickup time and it is piping hot. I have a bowl in front of me right now and I'm having to write this whilst waiting for it to cool downIn the interest of fairness, the only thing I could say they could do to be perfect would be to be mindful of the amount of pasta water / oil gets transferred into your tub as sometimes it can be a bit too greasy, but this happens maybe less than 1/10 timesI love this place, you will not be dissatisfied

I've just had the breakfast bagle, sausage patty, 2 bacon, fried egg and added a hash brown and it was lovely. My wife had the build your own with salmon and avocado which she also said was lovely.Definitely going to use Lilo's Pencoed again if the food is this good. Very impressed.

Absolutely incredible. We have visited here a lot of times now and we are always extremely impressed. The quality of the food is next level. Being able to customise your meal is extremely unique for a pasta place. They also serve early in the morning, which other places don’t. Can’t rate this place highly enough!!
