Nice shop with good selection of carpets. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Carpet was ordered and fitted professionally within the week. Reasonably priced. Will use them again.

We love our gorgeous stair carpet from twist & loop! The finish and quality is amazing and the fitters were extremely professional and lovely. Veronica was really helpful and went into great detail with us when trying to pick out what we wanted. Couldn't recommend enough!

Great customer experience and the carpets look fantastic!We recently completed a full house renovation. T&L advised us throughout the process and were very helpful matching our requirements to our budget. Veronica was very knowledgable and gave us some really good recommendations taking into account the fact that we have pets.We did a lot of research before hand and visited multiple places. We are really happy with our decision. The quality of the products is great and the installation was done on time.We were also very happy to support a small local business.Highly recommended.

I am really pleased both with the service and the carpet I received from Twist & Loop. The carpet looks fantastic and has a great underlay that makes it feel good to walk on. In the shop, both Ana and Veronica were were very helpful. This is actually the second time we have bought from T&L and both times we have been very pleased.

Twist and Loop provided the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly service imaginable throughout the process from choosing a stair runner, measuring our stairs, fitting and installing the carpet and beyond! We are absolutely delighted and can't recommend Twist and Loop highly enough.In stark contrast larger national chains, they genuinely care and are passionate about ensuring their customers get the right carpet for them. Additionally, their prices are very reasonable compared with larger chains. I will certainly use them again!
