Arrived for a pre arranged meeting with one of the partners at BSG I was, quite simply,, left waiting and waiting until such a point that I had to leave. Apparently, a decision had been taken that an unscheduled meeting took priority over mine!To compound matters, a sort of apology by email was to follow.I was actually there to discuss a current house purchase together with future conveyancing requirements.Do not use this company as they simply do not care, or, so it seems!

Pippa and Sophie handled our house purchase very well. It took a while but it wasn't their fault (as far as I know). They responded very quickly every time we had a request, even late into the evening. I wish we had used them for our house purchase instead of the off-shore ones that we did. Our estate agents like them as well. I would use them again.
