Amazing customer service, quick response time and extremely informative.I had issue with heated glass on my freezer and to cut long story short, to go down the warranty route with a separate distributor would of taken extensive time and money quoting 3-5 business days to contact a engineer and almost £700 including already paid warranty and deposit in case of breach of warranty along with filling out endless forms.Within 4 emails with Tefcolds technical manger Craig Doyle and senior engineer Jon Goodwin they had given me the probable cause of the problem and instructions how to fix the problem myself along with links to source the fuse required.The heated glass was up and running the same day with the cost of a 60p fuse.
